From June 3 to 6, CR Power's Second "Craftsman Star Cup" New Energy O&M Skills Competition was successfully held in Shandong. The competition was sponsored by CR Power Holdings Co., Ltd., co-organized by CR Power North China Region and undertaken by CR Power Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd., with more than 260 participants.

Recently, CR Power was invited to participate in the recording of China Media Group's ESG Lecture. It had an interactive discussion with Fu Chengyu, former chairman of China Petrochemical Corporation and founder of International Research Institute for Carbon Neutrality, focusing on the challenges and opportunities encountered by enterprises against the background of the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.

On May 30, CR Power, together with Huawei Digital Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Digital Power"), completed the performance test of the world's first 100MWh string grid-connected energy storage power station at CR Xianshuiquan Energy Storage Power Station in Hami, Xinjiang, under the guidance and support of the Energy Administration of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Northwest Branch of State Grid Corporation of China, China Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Electric Power Research Institute").

On May 11, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, and his delegation went to Hohhot to have a discussion with Zhang Haifeng, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Energy Group (hereinafter referred to as "IMEIGC"), and witnessed the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides.

On March 26, CR Power held the 2024 Working Conference in Beijing with the theme of "Forging Ahead to Innovate". More than 280 people attended the meeting, including Wang Chuandong, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, members and external directors of CR Power's management team, straight-line cadres and full-time directors of CR Power, professional directors of headquarters departments and regions, relevant persons in charge of Chongqing Energy and outstanding employee representatives.

On March 20, CR Power announces its annual Performance in 2023. In 2023, the company had turnover of HKD 103.334 billion and net profit of HKD 11.003 billion, representing an increase of HKD 3.961 billion or 56.2% from 2022. The core profit contribution of renewable energy business was HKD 9.726 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%; the core profit contribution of thermal power business was HKD 3.611 billion, an increase of HKD 6.193 billion compared with 2022, turning losses into gains.

From March 7 to 8, Quan Huaqiang, Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and his delegation visited CR Power Zhejiang Co., Ltd. for investigation.

From February 23 to 24, Shi Baofeng, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, and Qiu Huawei, the Chairman of CR Sanjiu, led a delegation to Xichang to visit Yu Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Ashi Labi, the Governor of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and other main leaders. The two sides held discussions on accelerating the construction of Sanjiu Xichang Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory and investment and development of new energy projects.

On the afternoon of January 31, Wang Chuandong, the Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, visited CR Power South China Region Company and Guangzhou Company to carry out pre-festival greetings and safety inspection, and discussed with grassroots cadres. The person in charge of CR Power also participated in the investigation.

On January 30, the Group's Deputy General Manager Lan Yi and his delegation visited Chongqing Energy Shun'an Company for year-end and year-beginning safety inspection.
