On January 30, the Group's Deputy General Manager Lan Yi and his delegation visited Chongqing Energy Shun'an Company for year-end and year-beginning safety inspection.

The delegation visited the Tongliang Production Site Monitoring Center and the production site of industrial explosives and industrial detonators of Shun'an Company, had cordial talks with employees, learned about the work safety in detail, and listened to reports on production and operation, EHS management and control, and enterprise reform and development by Chongqing Energy and Shun'an Company.

At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Lan Yi fully affirmed the work safety of Shun'an Company and put forward requirements for relevant work of Chongqing Energy: First, enhance the political stance, strengthen the political consciousness of ensuring security and stability, align thoughts and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and truly coordinate development and security; Second, tighten the responsibility chain and effectively implement the main responsibility of work safety. Managers at all levels, especially the principal responsible persons, should take the lead in setting an example in improving the mechanism and implementing responsibilities; Third, consolidate the management foundation, improve the intrinsic safety level, strengthen scientific and technological empowerment, highlight source prevention and control, allocate safety management personnel as required, establish a cultural atmosphere of "I want to be safe", and strengthen on-site emergency response and accident handling capabilities; Fourth, control major risks, effectively build a solid line of defense for work safety, strengthen fire safety management, identify potential risks and hazards of shafts and coal gangue heaps of closed coal mines in all areas without blind spots, and do a good job in the safety management of civil explosives, hazardous chemicals and road traffic; Fifth, strengthen assistance and guidance, promote the integration of safety management systems as soon as possible, ideologically identify with CR's safety culture, complete the introduction of management system as soon as possible, effectively incorporate the safety work of relevant parties into unified management, and achieve "three full coverage"; Sixth, strengthen safety awareness and make every effort to do a good job in seasonal safety work. According to the characteristics of accidents in winter and spring, strengthen prevention and do a solid job in seasonal work safety and emergency duty.
