On July 25th, China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (‘CR Power’) published its Sustainable Development Report 2016 on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

From June 12 to 18, the seven-day 2017 “Longhui 100” public benefit activity in the “Building our Common Future, Innovation Driving the Sustainable Development of China” funded by CR Power and jointly held by Dragon Foundation was successfully completed.

As invited by the government of Tibet Autonomous Region, during June 13-16, Ge Changxin, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, led his delegation appointed by China Resources to Tibet for the “State-owned Enterprises Directly under Central Government Help to Enrich People and Prosper Tibet” activity.

During March 27-28, CR Power held the 2017 working conference themed as “Innovative Reform & Green Development” at South Campus of China Resources University in Xiaojingwan commercial property in Huizhou.

From February 14 to 15, CR Power held the “social responsibility in work” meeting and the “2016 kick-off meeting for preparation of the sustainable development report" at the South Campus of China Resources University in Xiaojingwan commercial property,

On January 29, Li Tao, the Vice President of Fosun Group, visited CR Power. Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, and Wang Xiaobin, the Chief Financial Officer met with Vice President Li Tao and his party.

On January 12, Hu Min, the President of CR Power, and Zhu Guolin, the Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer met with Zong Shaojun, the President of China Resources Bank and his party in Shenzhen.

On the evening of December 6, CR Power won two awards--the Outstanding Director Award of Hong Kong-listed Companies (Hang Seng Index Constituent Stock) and the Excellence Award for Diversification of Board Of Directors at the same time.

The interim and annual report of CR Power in 2015 won the Bronze Award of 2016 International ARC Awards for the Best Interior Design in energy sector.

In September, the Public Opening Month Activity of CR Power --"Experiential Green Factory" is going on in thirteen provinces and autonomous regions.
