On June 2, the first wind turbine of the Shenpu Wind Power Project in Yuexi, owned by CR Power Sichuan Company, was successfully hoisted. The approved total installed capacity of the project is 105MW, with 21 individual 5MW wind turbine units. The project is expected to generate 200 million kWh of electricity annually once operational, resulting in an annual revenue of RMB 80 million. It will also save approximately 64,700 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 172,800 tons per year.
