On May 9, China Resources Power Guangzhou Thermal Power Company was honored as a "Model Enterprise of National Safety Culture Development" again.

The winner of the title is selected by the China Association of Work Safety, with the goal of consolidating the fruits of innovative safety culture development, exploring new mechanisms and ways of safety culture development, and encouraging enterprises to strengthen their safety management. The enterprise is therefore in a better position to take the lead. Only 56 enterprises nationwide have passed the re-examination and only four of them are based in Guangdong Province.
