From June 3 to 6, CR Power's Second "Craftsman Star Cup" New Energy O&M Skills Competition was successfully held in Shandong. The competition was sponsored by CR Power Holdings Co., Ltd., co-organized by CR Power North China Region and undertaken by CR Power Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd., with more than 260 participants.

This competition is another skill competition organized by CR Power after the first technical competition in 2023. It has a larger scale, more complete projects and more participating teams and personnel. It has built a platform for new energy O&M technology backbones to learn from each other, display their talents and show themselves. Sixty-one teams (31 wind turbine teams and 30 electrical teams) and 139 contestants from 28 regional companies appeared on the stage and competed with each other. The content of the competition includes four parts: written examination, team practical operation, individual practical operation and rush answers. It aims to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the construction and reform of industrial workers, implement the Group's "1246" model and the power "1237" strategy, and build a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative talent team required for building a world-class clean energy enterprise.

After four days of fierce competition, teams or individuals from new energy regional companies in Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Hubei, Guizhou, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Anhui have achieved excellent results.

CR Power attaches great importance to "Talent Strengthens Enterprise", continues to build a platform for skilled personnel to make contributions, and cultivates new momentum of high-quality development with high-quality skilled personnel. During the competition, Liu Xiusheng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the holding company, went deep into the front line to cheer for the team members. He hoped that they could carry forward the spirit of model workers in the new era, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship, and show their level and friendship on the stage of the "Craftsman Star Cup".

The O&M Skills Competition is not only a comprehensive review of the skill level of O&M personnel, but also an important starting point for accelerating the strategy of "Talent Strengthens Enterprise".
