At 10:18 on April 5, Unit 1 of CR Power (Cangzhou Yundong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yundong Project") successfully passed its 168-hour full-load trial operation, marking the formal transition of the Unit to commercial operation.

Yundong Project is located in Cangdong Economic Development Zone in the northeast of Cangzhou. In Phase I, besides a 2×350MW supercritical double extraction cogeneration unit, the project will simultaneously build full flue gas desulfurization, denitration, high efficiency dust removal facilities and flue gas whitening facilities, featuring advanced technology, first-class index, high efficiency, environmental protection and recycling. The emission of pollutants (smoke dust, SO2 and NOx) designed for the project shall be controlled below 5, 35 and 45mg/Nm3, with desulfurization efficiency of not less than 97.4% and denitration efficiency of not less than 85%. During the trial operation of the unit, the load rate was 100.3% and the input rate of automation and protection 100%, with various environmental protection indexes exceeding the national ultra-low emission standards and the main economic and technical indexes all reaching the national standard of excellence.

As a major people’s livelihood project in Hebei province and a major strategic support project in Cangzhou city during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Yundong Project provides 15 million square meters of residential heating to the city of Cangzhouy, forming a network operation pattern of two main heat sources in the east and west urban areas and greatly improving the safety and reliability of heating, which is of great significance to increasing the popularity rate of central heating in the city of Cangzhou and improving the air quality while providing strong guarantee to people's livelihood.
