On August 2, General Manager Wang Cuijun and Deputy General Manager Lan Yi went to CR Power Mengdong Company to conduct thematic education research.

General Manager Wang Cuijun observed the underground belt fire emergency drill and inspected the underground central substation, permanent refuge room, mining face site, and the main underground systems of Xiyi Mine. He also visited the centralized control room of Xilin Gol Power Plant and Mengdong New Energy Smart Centralized Control Center and held a symposium with Mengdong Company. The leader of Mengdong Company reported on the company's operation, coal mine construction, trial operation, and safety management since its establishment.

General Manager Wang Cuijun commended the efforts of Xiyi Mine to initiate the joint trial operation, lauded the "Wujianfang Spirit" of CR Power's employees, and thanked the frontline staff who worked hard and overcame challenges. He also put forward three requirements for the next step of work. First, the company should balance safety and development, ensure safety as a prerequisite for development, strengthen the safety management structure, enhance safety control staff, invest more in safety production, emphasize people-oriented and life-first principles, improve intrinsic safety level, increase scientific literacy in management, clarify safety responsibility, conduct thorough safety hazard investigation, adapt to the national "green, low-carbon, intelligent" requirements, and achieve high-quality development; Second, the company should enhance grassroots party-building work, fully leverage the combat role of grassroots party organizations and the exemplary role of party members, prevent party-building work from being reduced to a mere formality, and comprehensively intensify the anti-corruption work; it should resolutely eliminate harmful factors and malpractices that jeopardize its healthy development, such as "the use of power for personal gain", pay close attention to key areas such as intermediary transactions and fuel procurement, strengthen warning education for key business departments and positions, and continuously create a favorable environment for entrepreneurship; Third, the company should focus on its employees, show care and support for them, especially those who work in challenging areas, and ensure adequate logistics support for their work-life balance; it should also pay attention to their career development, provide them with growth opportunities, and help them achieve mutual progress with the organization.
