On July 25, CR Group's 2023 "Stars of the Future" Recruit Training Camp (First Camp in North China (Power Camp) kicked off in Hohhot. Zhang Junzheng, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, Jia Liqin, Human Resource Director of IMEPI Group Co., Ltd. under CR Group, Zhang Jingmei, Professional Director of Training and Development of CR Learning and Innovation Center, Liu Tailin, Project Leader of the "Stars of the Future" Training Camp, Lan Qiquan, General Manager of Human Resource Department of CR Power, Li Duanping, Senior Deputy General Manager (in charge of the work) of CR Power Northern Region and the head of the First Camp in North China, Human Resource Department of CR Power, and the relevant persons in charge of the northern region and the counselor team, alongside with 369 campers, participated in and witnessed the opening ceremony.

The event commenced with the introduction and interaction of the camp AI counselor "Zhenzhen" and the host on the stage. From the perspective of CR Learning and Innovation Center's historical development and talent cultivation system, Mr. Liu Tailin explained the features and objectives of CR Group's 2023 "Stars of the Future" Recruit Training Camp. Mr. Li Duanping, the head of the First Camp in North China, presented the camp's situation and outlined the "smart, safe, and green" principle for running the camp. He emphasized the importance of performing the mandatory actions well and enhancing the optional actions to facilitate the recruits' transition to the workplace.

The campers demonstrated their spirit and enthusiasm in the presentation and pledge session, where they made solemn and powerful promises of youth, echoing throughout the camp. At the flag handover ceremony, Mr. Zhang Junzheng, the Vice Chairman of CR Power, entrusted the camp flag to Mr. Li Duanping, the head of the First Camp in North China. The passing of the camp flag symbolizes duty, continuity, and promise.

Mr. Zhang Junzheng, the Vice Chairman of CR Power, delivered a heartfelt speech titled "The First Lesson for the Campers". He recounted the historical development of CR Group and CR Power. He urged the recruits to sharpen their abilities diligently, keep an open mind, respect their leaders and peers, and always have a sense of urgency. He also advised them to start from the basics, do their tasks well, complete them, and understand them thoroughly, including the rationale behind them. He also inspired the recruits to immerse themselves in the study of CR Power's glorious past and to witness its resilience and charisma in overcoming challenges and pursuing excellence. He also urged them to quickly adapt to the new era and become the trailblazers of CR Power's sustainable development.

The participating leaders showered the recruits with words of wisdom and encouragement, inspiring them to reach for the stars, strive for excellence, grow with the company, unleash their potential, and achieve their dreams. After the ceremony, the participating leaders visited the camp's low-carbon, real-life experience area.

For the next 20 days, the First Camp in North China will witness the "Stars of the Future" recruits learning, growing, and the highlight moments. They will embrace the challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and courage and create their own splendid stories in CR Power.
