On May 17, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power met with Zhou Pengju, Mayor of Fuxin City, and his delegation in Shenzhen. Both parties held talks and exchanges on investment and development in Fuxin and deepening cooperation and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement on a 500,000kW wind power project.

Mr. Shi Baofeng extended his warm welcome to Mr. Zhou Pengju and his delegation and expressed his gratitude to Fuxin Municipal Government for its long-term support and assistance to CR Power. He said that CR Power had an earlier investment on a large scale in Fuxin City, and both parties have maintained long-term friendly cooperative relations. It is hoped that both parties will continue to expand cooperation fields, increase investment, promote the implementation of cooperation projects in a high-efficiency and high-quality manner, and help Fuxin create a new situation of all-around revitalization.

Mr. Zhou Pengju, on behalf of the Fuxin Municipal Government, expressed his gratitude to CR Power for its positive contributions to the economic and social development of Fuxin over the years. He said that Fuxin attaches great importance to the cooperation with CR Power, and next, Fuxin will provide full support to start the construction of cooperative projects in accordance with the strategic cooperation agreement and put it into production and achieve efficiency, and strive to make more achievements in the cooperation between both parties, thus achieving mutual benefit and common development and joining hands to build a model of central and local cooperation.

The 200MW wind power project in Xinde, Fuxin and the 300MW wind power project in Fusheng, Fuxin of CR New Energy will be constructed at the same time, with an expected total investment of RMB 2.9 billion. The project is located in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, with a planned installed capacity of 500MW. It is planned to install 80 sets of fans with a unit capacity of 6.25MW and build a 220kV booster station at the same time.

This activity was also attended by Hu Guoyong, Deputy Mayor of Fuxin City, relevant comrades from Fuxin Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County and Investment and Trade Promotion Service Center, Fan Zhe, Vice President of CR Power and relevant persons in charge of the Strategic Investment Department, CR Power Headquarters Office, Northeast Region and Northeast New Energy Company.
