On May 4, Quan Huaqiang, Chief Accountant of CR Group, and his delegation went to Shenkong Thermal Power Plant of Shenyang China Resources Thermal Power for investigation, and an on-site symposium was held.

Mr. Quan and his delegation first went to Shenyang Air Force Thermal Power Plant for field investigation, during which they had an in-depth understanding of the working conditions of reciprocal coal-fired boilers, fire grate drivers and other heating equipment and heard reports from the relevant persons in charge of Northeast Region and Shenyang Chinese Resources Thermal Power with respect to the background, progress, problems and work plan of the reconstruction projects of Shengjing Energy. Relevant leaders of the Strategic Management Department and the Financial Department of the Group made comments.

At the symposium, Mr. Quan fully affirmed the achievements made by Shenyang Chinese Resources Thermal Power in the aspect of supply guarantee and personnel placement and commended the team for showing the spirit of struggle and dedication of CR people under difficult circumstances. Meanwhile, he put forward five requirements for the next stage of business development of the company: first, the company should comprehensively study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, thoroughly study and understand the new development ideas of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, further exploit the company's profitability, and promote high-quality development of the company; second, the company should firmly implement the 14th Five-Year Strategic Plan of the Group, actively adopt the "1246" mode of the Group, and further promote the implementation of the strategy featuring the "reconstruction in four aspects (value, business, organization and spirit)"; third, the company should pay close attention to the main business indicators at the current period, strengthen budget management, and ensure the completion of the task of "stopping loss" in 2023; fourth, the company should strengthen cost control, carry out delicacy management, and find out where it has lagged behind and offset its own weakness through industry benchmarking; fifth, the company should firmly establish an awareness of work safety, take safety as the top priority of business development of the company, and strictly fulfill its responsibility for work safety.

This investigation was also participated by relevant leaders of the Strategic Management Department and the Financial Department of the Group and persons in charge of CR Power Northeast Region and Shenyang Chinese Resources Thermal Power.
