On February 21, Wang Chuandong, Vice General Manager of CR Group, met with Zhang Zhizheng, Secretary of the CPC Lincang Municipal Committee, in Shenzhen. They had talks and exchanges on further cooperation in various fields and reached broad consensus.

Mr. Wang Chuandong, on behalf of CR Group, welcomed Secretary Zhang Zhizheng and his delegation to visit CR Group, expressed his gratitude to the CPC Lincang Municipal Committee and Lincang Municipal People's Government for their care and support for the business of CR in Lincang, and introduced the business development and business performance of the Group. Since an agreement for comprehensively deepening strategic cooperation was made between CR Group and Yunnan Provincial People's Government, the construction of a series of key projects involved in the agreement has been being accelerated, he said. CR Power, CR Cement, CR Pharmaceutical and other enterprises have given full play to the Group's synergistic advantages in multiple business modes and actively expanded industrial integration projects such as Green Building Materials, Near-zero Carbon Emission Park and "Pharmaceuticals-Solar Hybrid" based on the resource endowment of Lincang to help Lincang promote the extension, strengthening and reinforcing of the industrial chain, and contribute CR's strength to the economic and social development of Lincang.

Mr. Zhang Zhizheng thanked CR Group for its positive contribution to the economic and social development of Lincang. As he said, Lincang boasts abundant resources in the fields of clean energy, green building materials, biology and ethnic medicine, and the CPC Lincang Municipal Committee and Lincang Municipal People's Government are making all-out efforts to promote the construction of the China-Myanmar-Indian Ocean New Channel, which represents a good opportunity and great potential for development. He hoped that CR Group would actively invest and operate business in Lincang, accelerate the industry chain extension of green building materials and the industrial integration of "Pharmaceuticals-Solar Hybrid" on the basis of the good cooperation between the two sides, and strive to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results, so as to promote the green, efficient and high-quality socioeconomic development of Lincang.
