On the morning of December 9, the "Cloud Groundbreaking" Ceremony of Jiamusi Hua'nan 300MW and Huachuan 150MW Wind Power Projects (Phase I) of CR Power was held in Jiamusi City. Wang Qiushi, Secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee, Cong Li, Mayor and Deputy Secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee, and Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power attended the ceremony.

On behalf of CR Power, Shi Baofeng delivered a speech. He said that CR Power attached great importance to the investment and development in Jiamusi City. Up to now, wind power, pharmaceutical and new energy equipment manufacturing projects had been under construction, initially highlighting the achievements of government-enterprise cooperation. In the future, CR Power would carry out all-round cooperation with Jiamusi around the new energy landscape base, new energy equipment manufacturing and UHV transmission channel, jointly build Jiamusi into a new benchmark of domestic comprehensive industrial demonstration cluster, and contribute to the all-round revitalization and high-quality development of Jiamusi City.

Cong Li delivered a speech on behalf of Jiamusi City. She said that the Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and People's Government regarded CR Power as the most trusted partner. She hoped that CR Power and Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and People's Government would continue to intensify efforts in all aspects, speed up the project construction, deepen the practical cooperation, and push their cooperation to a new level and open up new prospects.

Wang Qiushi announced the commencement of Hua'nan and Huachuan Wind Power Projects of CR Power.

Located in Hua'nan County, Jimusi, Hua'nan 300MW Wind Power Project (Phase I) is planned to install forty-eight 6.25MW wind turbine generator systems with a total investment of RMB 1.936 billion. The annual average on-grid energy is expected to be about 1.013 billion kWh. Located in Huachuan County, Jimusi, Huachuan 150MW Wind Power Project (Phase I) is planned to install twenty-four 6.25MW wind turbine generator systems with a total investment of RMB 913 million. The annual average on-grid energy is expected to be about 435 million kWh.

Main leaders of Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and People's Government, persons in charge of departments directly under the municipal government, main leaders of Hua'nan County and Huachuan County Party Committees and People's Governments, Zuo Junjie, head of Northeast China Region of CR Power and other leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
