On November 7, "ESG China Forum 2022 Winter Summit" guided by the Social Responsibility Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and undertaken by China Social Responsibility 100 Forum (ESG Expert Committee) was held during the fifth China Enterprise Forum. The Central Enterprise ESG Pioneer 50 Index Series were released during the Summit. CR Power ranked No. 2 among 426 listed companies controlled by central enterprises for "Central Enterprise ESG·Pioneer 50 Index"; and regarding the subentry 50 index newly added this year, CR Power ranked No. 1 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Governance Pioneer Index", ranked No. 2 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Social Value Pioneer 50 Index", and ranked No. 15 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Risk Management Pioneer 50 Index".

Central Enterprise ESG·Pioneer 50 Index Series were used for comprehensive assessment of 426 listed companies controlled by central enterprises in terms of their ESG governance level, social environment value creation and risk management level. Based on their comprehensive performance and specific performance in ESG governance, social value and risk management, top 50 enterprises are selected respectively to generate four series of indices, i.e. "Central Enterprise ESG·Pioneer Index", "Central Enterprise ESG·Governance Pioneer 50 Index", "Central Enterprise ESG·Social value Pioneer Index", and "Central Enterprise ESG·Risk Management Pioneer 50 Index".

In 2022, the average ESG score of enterprises included in "Central Enterprise ESG·Governance Pioneer 50 Index" is 66.7 which is overall at the level of four and a half stars. Among them, four-star level companies account for more than a half and companies at the level of four and a half stars account for 78%. The index score of CR Power is 92. It is the only enterprise that reaches the five-star level and it ranks No. 1 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Governance Pioneer 50 Index". In addition, the index score of CR Power for the other three series indices is far more than the average score.
