On August 25, Chairman Wang Xiangming and his delegation conducted a field research of CR Power Central-West China New Energy Operation Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation Company") to learn about centralized monitoring and production and operation of new energy in the region.
President Wang Xiangming and his delegation investigated the centralized monitoring hall, corporate culture exhibition area and office area of the Operation Company, listened to the report of the region on the scope of new energy business, operational installed capacity, centralized monitoring service, business performance from January to July, information platform construction and future development planning, learned about production and operation conditions, including centralized monitoring mode of new energy, equipment operation parameters, operation and maintenance management mechanism, spot trading policy of power, return on project investment, new energy subsidies and cyber security risks, and showed gratitude to the hard work of employees on behalf of the Group.
During the survey, Chairman Wang Xiangming indicated that the centralized monitoring mode of new energy changed the operation mode of traditional power plants, solved the problems of remote and scattered new energy stations and difficulties in centralized management of equipment, and achieved centralized, unified and efficient management of operation business. He hoped to accelerate the upgrading and reconstruction of the monitoring system, innovate in the production and management mode, keep improving the digital, intelligent and information-based level of new energy operation, realize efficient and safe management of new energy operation business, and contribute to achieving the strategic targets of the holding company and the region in the "14th Five-Year Plan".
The Centralized New Energy Control Center of Central-West China Region was officially put into operation in July 2017. At present, the Center has connected 47 new energy stations and monitored 1485 fans. There are 312 common monitoring screens. It is the centralized control center with the largest access capacity in CR Power.
