"Stars of the Future" North China Training Camp III Opened for New Staff

On July 25, the opening ceremony of the 2022 China Resources Group "Stars of the Future" North China Training Camp III for New Staff (the Power Camp) was held in Jinan, Shandong Province. Zhang Junzheng, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, Ma Li, Vice President of CR Power, General Manager of North China Region and Chief of the North China Camp III, Cai Qinpei, member of the Executive Committee of CR Learning and Innovation Center, relevant staff of the Science and Technology R&D Team, relevant principals of the HR Department and North China Region of CR Power, and the instructor team attended the event and witnessed the opening of the camp with 533 campers.

Mr. Zhang Junzheng delivered the opening speech, describing the excellent achievements of CR in various development periods of China, and encouraging the "future stars" to stand firmly with their convictions, be pragmatic, overcome challenges, give full play to the advantages of their young ages, such as active thinking and creativity, and strive to achieve excellent performance through hard work.

Cai Qinpei introduced the historical context of the CR Learning and Innovation Center and the program for the "Stars of the Future" training camp. Mr. Ma Li gave a report on the basic information of the North China Camp III, introducing the camp program, curriculum planning, special programs, and camp security, etc. Each regional squad then presented itself, cutting a lively and vigorous picture of the young people of the new generation. The camp's flag was then presented to the North China Camp III, alongside the solemn oath of the campers. Then, the four guests jointly announced the official opening of the 2022 CRG "Stars of the Future" North China Training Camp III.

Finally, Mr. Zhang Junzheng opened the camp with a talk through a "life map", which helped the young stars better understand the goal of "identifying with CR, adapting their roles, establishing ambitions and aiming for career development" by sharing past work experiences and stories, guiding them to better transform from college students to working people, to make use of what they'd learned, to create, to integrate their knowledge into the development of the power industry, and to define themselves and their youth through hard work.
