On January 7, Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, and Zhang Junzheng, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, met with Zhang Lun, Deputy Secretary of Heze Municipal Committee and Mayor, and his party in Shenzhen. The two sides discussed and exchanged views on the development of the new energy industry and investment cooperation of CR Power in Heze City.
President Shi Baofeng greeted Mayor Zhang Lun and his party and thanked Heze Municipal Party Committee and Government for their long-term support and concern to CR Power. With the introduction of development history, background, plan of CR Group and CR Power, the investment plan of CR Power in Heze City during the 14th Five-Year Plan were introduced in detail. He hoped that Heze Municipal Party Committee and Heze Municipal Government would continue to support CR Power, and the two sides would work together to promote the high-quality development of energy in Heze and achieve the goal of “Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions” and “Carbon Neutrality”.
Mayor Zhang Lun expressed appreciation to CR Power for its contribution to the economic development of Heze City. With the introduction of economic development, industrial status and energy development planning of Heze City, he hoped that the two sides could further strengthen communication and exchange to strengthen cooperation in new energy fields such as wind power, PV and energy storage by taking the advantage of Heze City in resources, location and policy, and achieve win-win cooperation between the two sides by promoting the rapid implementation of projects as well as the green and low-carbon development.
In addition, the two sides exchanged and discussed the contribution of wind power and PV power generation to rural revitalization, and reached a consensus on the transformation of energy use and jointly building a model project for rural revitalization and new rural construction in Heze. Under the witness of the two sides, China Resources Power North China Region signed contracts with Caoxian County People's Government and Shanxian County People's Government for new energy projects.
The county heads of Caoxian County, Shanxian County and Juancheng County of Heze City, as well as the Strategic Investment Department, the Executive Office of CR Power and relevant responsible persons of North China Region, attended the meeting.
