On the morning of December 22, CR Power held a working meeting themed on "Learning from Benchmarking and Striving for World-class" in Shenzhen. Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, and other members of the management team and managers directly under the group presented. Members of management teams of holding departments, regions, regional companies and directly subordinate units, and leaders in charge of the development of regions and regional companies attended the meeting. Zhang Junzheng, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, made an introductory speech, and Liu Xiusheng, Vice President of CR Power, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, RolandBerger introduced the achievements of benchmarking world-class projects, the HR Department publicized the benchmarking system, the relevant business departments introduced the benchmarking index system in detail, and the Financial Department presented the working mechanism of business plan.
Fully affirming the benchmarking index system scheme, President Shi Baofeng emphasized the following key points on the purpose and significance of building the benchmarking management system. First, "benchmarking" is the source of power to stimulate the company's continuous progress. By learning benchmarking to find gaps and make up for weaknesses, the company can achieve industry leadership in scale, efficiency, management, technology and innovation during the 14th Five Year Plan. Second, "benchmarking" is a method of objectively evaluating organizations and managers. Sorting out the advantages and disadvantages of the business results of each unit through benchmarking can objectively and fairly reflect the performance results. Third, "benchmarking" is a physical examination system to examine the management process. The management process indicators reflect the operation health index of the company and should be implemented at all levels as the focus of management. Fourth, a complete evaluation system of the business plan, performance contract, comprehensive evaluation, and "overall supervision" can be established, which reflects the organization's operating results and team atmosphere and can help managers strictly abide by the red line of discipline, comprehensively presenting the company's operation and management level.
In the introductory speech, Vice-Chairman Zhang Junzheng reviewed the course and achievements of the company in benchmarking world-class. With clarifying the significance of benchmarking, he proposed that in the face of many challenges during the 14th Five Year Plan, we should find deficiencies and make targeted improvements through benchmarking, to systematically improve marketing and excellent operation ability and promote the organizational ability of regional companies. Moreover, while seizing opportunities and developing business, we are required to persevere in benchmarking to reinforce management and enhance strength.
The meeting comprehensively launched the benchmarking work.
