On November 27, Party Secretary and President of CR Power Shi Baofeng called on Li Jiexiang, member of the Standing Committee of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Qinghai Province in Xining, and had in-depth exchanges with him on clean energy development and investment cooperation in Qinghai during the 14th Five-Year Plan. With the introduction of the achievements made by Qinghai Province in recent years during the implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important instructions in clean energy development, he expressed that Qinghai Province has unique advantages in green energy development and great development potential. CR Power is welcomed to expand its investment in Qinghai. The provincial Party committee and the provincial government will make every effort to deepen the strategic cooperation between the two sides. It is hoped that the two sides will jointly build a national highland of the clean energy industry and boost the high-quality economic and social development of Qinghai by focusing on the goal of “Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions” and “Carbon Neutrality”.

On the morning of the same day, President Shi Baofeng also attended the 2021 Belt and Road Clean Energy Development Forum held in Xining. Ding Zhongli, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Wang Jianjun, Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Xin Changxing, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, attended the forum and interacted with guests from the energy field, such as power supply end, power grid end, industrial chain end, energy storage, and other industries.
