On 16 to 17 of June, Hu Min, President of CR Power, was invited to attend 2016 Global Lean Summit in Shanghai. At the summit, Mr. Hu made a keynote speech to elaborate the lean strategy of China Resources Group and the lean management promotion strategy of CR Power, including the relation between standardization and lean management, the building of benchmark factory, using of grade-evaluated talents and designing of training mechanism which all aroused strong resonance and interest of all guests and were highly recognized and approved by all attendees.

This summit was sponsored by LEC. At the summit, foreign and domestic well-known enterprises such as Bosch, Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, Keyarrow (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. and Shandong Laigang Yongfeng Steel & Iron Co., Ltd. shared their own lean practice cases. Concerned personnel from Strategic Development Department, Operation Department and Coal Business Unit of CR Power participated in this summit.
