On July 4th, CR Power and the People's Government of Doumen District, Zhuhai signed a Supplementary Agreement for the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, for the purpose of accelerating the Zhuhai Fushan Distributed Energy Station Project. The Supplementary Agreement states that CR Power will exclusively invest in and build a gas—steam combined cycle and distributed energy station, as well as its supporting facilities in this area. Ma Li, General Manager of South Central Region of CR Power, and He Wei, member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Head of Doumen District, Zhuhai, signed the Supplementary Agreement on behalf of both sides.

At the negotiation conference, Ma Li, introduced the general situation and service conditions of CR Power, as well as the future development direction of South Central Region. He also sincerely thanked the People's Government of Doumen District, Zhuhai for its support and care over several years. He stated that CR Power, with its own experience and resource advantages as an integrated energy service provider, will continue to focus on the construction and operation of infrastructure and supporting facilities in the park. The company will actively participate in roof-mounted PV power, wind energy and other new energy businesses of enterprises in the park, assist these enterprises in conducting improvement on energy usage technology and comprehensive energy utilization, effectively reduce the costs of energy use for these enterprises, and help this park conduct work in order to attract investments.

He Wei, member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Head of Doumen District, stated that the People’s Government of Doumen District and the Management Committee of Fushan Industrial Park paid close attention to their cooperation with CR Power. Thus, they would continuous to provide policies, land, customer support and other related support, to support CR Power in completing its Distributed Energy Station Project in Fushan Industrial Park, putting it into operation as soon as possible.

It is said that the Supplementary Agreement that was signed during this meeting replenishes the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signed by both sides in 2008. It clearly states that CR Power will exclusively invest in and build a gas—steam combined cycle and distributed energy station and its supporting facilities, and that the company will subsequently build any centralized heating unit according to the national energy policy and thermal load increase conditions. The completed project will bring into full play the highly efficient combination of gas and distributed energy, convenient energy cascade usage and other advantages, to provide diversified services, including the use of steam, hot water, cool supply, demineralized water, compressed air and reclaimed water, for all the enterprises in the park.
