On the afternoon of March 21, CR Power published its annual performance as of December 31, 2015.

It has continuously optimized its business structure, deeply implemented lean management, and constantly improved its level of operation and management and its risk control ability. This resulted in the historical high levels of main economic and technical indices. For average utilization time, there were 4,989 hours for the thermal power unit (higher 660 hours than national average level) and 1,988 hours for the wind power unit (higher 260 hours than national average level). During the year, annual power sale quantity reached 142 million MW, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%.
In the future, CR Power will focus on its national energy strategy to continuously optimize its business layout, and insist on a rate-of-return baseline to continuously increase its investment in renewable energy projects. These projects include the development and construction of wind farms, photovoltaic power stations and hydropower projects, and the improvement of the proportion of clean energy. CR Power will also promote high-quality development of thermal power business, accelerate the transformation to ultra-low emission of thermal power plants, and actively fulfill its environmental responsibilities. In 2016, CR Power plans to implement the transformation to ultra-low emission for 20 coal-fired power units with a total installed capacity of 10,211MW in its affiliated power plants, to further reduce the emissions of SO2, NOX and fly ash, and make more positive contributions to environmental protection.
