The Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementation Power Generation Demonstration Project that was involved in this signing, is located in Tianxin Township, Wuding County. Locally, there is annual global solar radiation of 5,500-6,000MJ/m2 and good conditions for resources. The project covers an area of about 4,363 mu. The 110kV Tianxin Substation of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited, located on the project’s site, can be connected directly and has great development conditions. In the first phase of the project, expectations are to develop an installed capacity of 100MW with a total investment of around RMB1 billion. In April 2015, our company signed the Agreement on Investment in Wanglaopo Wind Power Project in Wuding County, with the People’s Government of Wuding County. At present, we are conducting first-stage anemometry work, and we have determined an average wind velocity of around 6.5m/s. The Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementation Project in Tianxin Township involved in this signing, and the Wanglaopo Wind Power Project, will complement each other’s advantages for wind, light and agriculture in Wuding County.

Attendees of this meeting include relevant directors of the Yunnan Development Region of the Hydropower Business Unit and relevant leaders from the Yunnan Provincial Investment Promotion & Cooperation Bureau, Wuding County Party Committee and the People’s Government of Wuding County.
