It focused on interpreting all aspects of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s green development concept. It also reports the implementation of the “green development” concept, the technological transformation of energy conservation and environmental protection for thermal power units and the successful exploration and practices of the circular economy development model, developed by CR Power.
When talking about the “institutional construction promoting conscious action to implement sustainability,” the paper states that the increasingly complete institutional construction did promote the implementation thereof. Hezhou China Resources Circular Economy Industrial Park can save 1,050 mu land. Additionally, it can annually save 290,000 tons of standard coal by energy conservation and reduction of consumption, save 780,000 tons of water, treat and re-use 2,630,000 tons of wastewater, reduce 4,250 tons, 730,000 tons and 60,000 tons of NOX, CO2 and SO2 emissions respectively, and generate about RMB194 million in circular economy benefits.
