On November 12, CR Power Holdings Company Limited (SEHK Code: 836. HK "CR Power") celebrated its 10th anniversary of listing at SEHK.
CR Power was listed at SEHK on November 12, 2003 and is a flagship listed company of China Resources (Holdings) Co.Ltd. Since its listing, under the wise supervision of the Group and care and support of the public, CR Power has realized rapid development of high quality and developed into one of the integrated energy enterprise of the highest efficiency and best benefits, thanks to its clear development strategy, efficient organization advanced internationalized mechanism and culture, operating now in thermal power, coal, wind power, hydropower, distributed energy, nuclear power, solar power and other fields. As of June 30, 2013, the assets of the Company amounted to HK$192.2 billion, with a total attributable operational generation capacity of 26.062 million KW and facilities in 19 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the control of the central government. CR Power was included in the Hang Seng Composite Industry Index (Utilities) and Hang Seng China Enterprises Index in March 2004, Morgan Stanley Capital International China Index in May 2005 and Hang Seng Index Constituent Stocks in 2009. Between 2007 and 2013, CR Power were listed among Global Listed Companies 2,000 by Forbes for seven running years, with its overall ranking rising from the 1,737th to the 657th, it has also been included in Platts Top 250 Global Energy Company Rankings for seven running years, with its ranking rising from the 249th to the 100th.
